When gov't takes over healthcare.
They want snuff out at least 90% of mankind. In the meantime while all the useless eaters decompose, they will live in luxury in their underground cities. After 5-10 years they will come out of their hides and round up all the survivors and put them in either labor/death camps, those of the survivors who have very little purpose to them. The rest will be gathered in prison cities around the world to be used as slaves for the elites. The future slaves after that will not be bred with having sex as now but will be grown in labs and will never experience the love and kindness of a loving mother and father. Their only parents will be the state itself. They will also be genetically enginnered to be complacent, dumber and having a shorter lifespan than now.
They don't want sick people to live. They want to get rid of all the "useless eaters". It is the Nazis all over again. They are back with a vengeance.
