“Included in the documents seized during the raid of Nada’s Swiss villa was a 14-page plan written in Arabic and dated December 1, 1982, which outlines a 12-point strategy to “establish an Islamic government on earth” — identified as The Project. According to testimony given to Swiss authorities by Nada, the unsigned document was prepared by “Islamic researchers” associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.
What makes The Project so different from the standard “Death of America! Death to Israel!” and “Establish the global caliphate!” Islamist rhetoric is that it represents a flexible, multi-phased, long-term approach to the “cultural invasion” of the West. If you read the latest annual OIC report, they’re really obssessing on the Swiss minaret ban and on Geert Wilder’s triumph in the Netherlands. They are sure the second event was caused by the first (no, I have no idea why).
The thing is, that minaret ban wasn’t “supposed to” pass. The govt and media assured the OIC it wouldn’t pass. So now the OIC hounds the Swiss govt (as in face-to-face meetings every single week) demanding that they just overturn the plebiscite. And they won’t go away and they won’t give up…
just as they never give up on the original Cordoba. They’ve been hounding that Spanish diocese for years. In this case, however, they may win. Just as they have won over the Dutch government into giving Cordoba in NYC 2 million dollars. Wilders’ uncovering of that fact has increased his popularity…
…this won’t be resolved in our century. When the ME runs out of oil, maybe the dynamic will change. But will we have run out of gumption by then?
Part of our strategy is to refuse any longer to mis-label Islam as a religion. It is a religion the way Communism was a religion. NOT.
